I’m so excited to announce that we’ve been voted one of Brisbane’s BEST facials!
In July, I was shocked by the amount of nominations we received from our clients and followers to be one of Brisbane’s best facials.
We were nominated and reached the top 20 of Brisbane! From there, the public had to vote and we made top 10 in Brisbane, ranking at the 6th Best Facials in Brisbane which I am absolutely honoured and so grateful for!!
The courier mail reached out to me for an interview and here’s what I said 🙂
Tell me a bit about your business and your background in skincare:
We have been open for just 2 years now. It started off with just myself renting a room in a salon and has since expanded into a three treatment room salon with myself and two staff.
Our mission is to help women feel comfortable in their skin and to ensure they feel comfortable and confident to leave the house without makeup if they want to.
We are an award winning skin clinic and have even become a top 10 finalist for Australia’s first ever Beauty Squad Team.
Coming to Chantal Louise Skin therapy, you can expect a fun, exciting, positive, friendly and safe environment for all clients and staff. We are constantly improving our knowledge with ongoing training and often get comments from clients saying how comfortable, safe and welcoming our clinic is.
From a young age, I had acne myself and found it difficult, frustrating and so confusing. I literally struggled to get the right answers and advice from professionals and my own research. Having that experience, helps myself and my team to relate to which is why we specialise in personalised treatment plans and skin consultations for our clients.
We use only the best high end equipment with a focus on results as well as relaxation. We like to treat the skin from all angles, internally and externally and have been able to successfully treat and improve hundreds of people’s confidence in Brisbane.
What's your signature facial and what does it entail?

Yes, of course! We offer many different facials from peels, Dermalux LED Light Therapy, Dermapen Skin Needling, Jade quartz stone facials, blackhead extraction facials, lymphatic Detox facials, microdermabrasion, Eye treatments, Pigmentation treatments and even a Back Facial.
What's the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is being able to completely transform a person from the inside out. Having skin issues not only affects your skin, but massively affects how people feel on the inside.
Being able to take someone on a their skin journey and being able to show them their before and after is very emotional, yet so rewarding to see how we have been able to make that person feel so much confident in themselves. It’s what we live for!!
Why is skincare so popular right now?
Skin care is so important because you only get the one skin. We start aging at the age of 20 and being on the right ingredients for your skin helps to prolong the life and age of your skin. I think skin care is so popular right now because more people are becoming aware of this fact and are wanting to prevent and maintain their youth.
It’s really important to get the right advice when it comes to your skin care. More often than not, we see clients using the wrong ingredients for their skin type, causing more problems or worsening their skin condition. It’s so easily fixed when you know what to use for your skin.
What's the secret to beautiful skin?
The secret to beautiful skin is drinking 2L of water daily, having a balanced diet, understanding your skin and knowing what to use on it, being able to manage stress and Essential Fatty Acid supplements!
